What Is Included In The Fitness Jumpstart Program?

3 Workouts Per Week

You will participate in 3 Personal Training sessions (in a small group) per week. I have over 14 different times each week to choose from. Each session has a limit of 10 clients and includes various fitness levels participating. The workouts will be customized to you!

REAL Food Based Nutrition Plan

I will provide you with all the support and guidance you need to reward your body with 100% Real Food. Sample Meal Plans, Recipes, Food Journal, Time-Saving Tips, etc. are all included. I will not be pushing any pills, potions or gimmicks. I want you to eat Real Foods, that (hopefully) you cook!

Custom Cardio & Recovery Plan

I will design a plan for YOU that tells you how much (and what kind) of cardio you need to do to be a Fat Burning machine. And I will also give you detailed instructions on what exercises/stretches you need to perform to release sore/tight muscles.

Before & After Measurements

I will perform several assessments before and after the Fitness Jumpstart Program to ensure that you see the most progress possible.

Accountability & More Accountability

I will be holding you accountable for your actions. We will meet weekly to make sure you stay on track with your Nutrition.  You will also have access to my Private Facebook Group so that you can help stay motivated by sharing your daily wins.

Where Are You Located?

I am located near the intersection of TC Jester & FM 2920 Rd (approximately 1 mile away from 99).  I have a 1,600 sq/ft Air-Conditioned Private Studio on the same property as the French Quarter Salon.  My physical address is: Fitness 101-Personal Training  7107 FM 2920 Rd. Should I do the Fitness Jumpstart Program?

It depends on if you are ready to make some necessary changes to your lifestyle: you can have results or excuses, but not both.  If you are ready for results...and willing to do the work...then I absolutely know that the Fitness Jumpstart Program is right for you.  But if you are going to keep doing the same old same old, then you are not ready for my Fitness Jumpstart Program.

When does the Fitness Jumpstart Program start?

Officially, my "End Of Summer" Fitness Jumpstart Program will begin on September 1st.  However, the sooner you start, the sooner you can begin (at no additional cost to you).  So it's to your advantage to sign up ASAP.

Is this a competition?

The Fitness Jumpstart Program is NOT a competition...its a journey...and everyone's journey will look different.  

How much is it to register for the Fitness Jumpstart Program?

The investment for my Fitness Jumpstart Program is $349.  This includes the entire program, there are no hidden fees.  Remember the sooner you sign up, the sooner you can start (at no additional cost).

When do I do the Nutrition Counseling?

The Nutrition Component is a critical part of my Fitness Jumpstart Program.  While you can start attending the Small Group Personal Training workouts as soon as you get Registered, the Nutrition Component will not begin until September 1st.  This allows the group to start and experience the Nutrition Component together, which is extremely helpful to your success.

Will everyone be able to see what I post on the Facebook group?

Only those in the actual Fitness Jumpstart Program will be able to share (and see) in the Private FB Group.

Do you have childcare available?

No, I'm sorry I do not.  I love kids (I have 3 of my own), but I simply don't have the space to accommodate children while you are exercising.

Do you have a shower?

No, unfortunately I do not have a shower.  I do have a bathroom that can be used to change clothes.

How Do I Get Started?

Step 2

First Private Session

During our first (private) Session, I will be doing several Assessments (measurements, body-fat, body composition, Movement Screen). We will then set goals and come up with a Cardio & Stretching Plan for you. 

Step 3

Get To Work

Start showing up to Small Group Sessions where you will be joining all fitness levels in a guided exercise program.  Once the Nutrition Component begins, you will need to participate in all the meetings and assigments.
